Action Synergy S.A. is an education, training and knowledge- based applications organization which is actively involved in the development of education technologies, training methodologies and the development of e-learning training courses. Action Synergy S.A. disposes a long experience in the management and coordination of European Projects.  Since its foundation in 1986 the organisation has participated in a considerable number of EU educational projects, such as COMETT, PETRA, SOCRATES, LEONARDO DA VINCI, ADAPT, TEMPUS, PHARE,-Distance learning, LLP, ERASMUS+.

Some key areas of expertise are: the organisation of education activities for the social inclusion of vulnerable target groups, the organisation of teacher trainings in relation to innovative training methods, the organisation of e-learning and online courses ect.

Centre of Higher Education in Theatre Studies

Centre of Higher Education in Theatre Studies is a non- profit, research organisation that specialises in the traditional Arts / Theatre / Education fields involving performances, related artistic activities with educational interest, practical (educational or rehabilitation) workshops and many more. It is the research centre of Topos Allou theatre which is very well known for its theatre performances.

The Centre has significant teaching and performing experience in the Arts, Music, Dance, Theatre and Cultural studies. It has an extended Experience in EU projects and International co-operations (registered with a pic number and validated in ECAS PORTAL) and has been involved in many Culture, Leonardo, Socrates / Minerva and Youth in action projects in the past.

University of Girona

UdiGitalEdu is a research group that belongs to the University of Girona (http://www.udg.edu), a public institution located in Girona city which is part of the Catalan public university system since 1992. Deeply rooted in Catalonia and the Catalan culture, the UdG is one of the primary economic and cultural motors of the region, while simultaneously pursuing a vocation of universality and openness to all traditions and cultures.

Its team develops projects in the fields of Education, Technology and International Development with a multidisciplinary approach; team members have very different research backgrounds, from both the Science&Technology and the Humanities. The group designs learning experiences for children and young people and specially focuses on newly arrived migrant children and underserved communities.

During the past eight years UdiGitalEdu has developed several projects to promote social inclusion by designing creative learning activities for disadvantaged schools.

Health and Social Development Foundation

HESED was founded in 1998 with the mission is to promote opportunities for personal and community development, health and social well-being, as well as to create and popularise effective approaches for the successful integration of socially excluded communities. The team of the organisation is multi-ethnic (Roma and Bulgarian) and multi-disciplinary, consisting of about 70 persons including specialists in the fields of pedagogy, psychology, social work, medicine etc. The foundation develops and implements successful programmes in three main areas which break the vicious cycle of poverty and social exclusion: Roma community development; health promotion for vulnerable groups; research in the field of behavioural change.

The main programs target early child development and successful social integration of Roma youths. In the recent years HESED gained expertise in developing and implementing different methodologies with students and school staff on sensitive topics such as drug prevention and domestic violence. HESED is a member of numerous networks and councils, which contribute for improvement of the social environment in the country (such as the National Network for Children, National Council for Ethnic and Demographic Issues under the Council of Ministers etc).

Asociatia GEYC

The Group of the European Youth for Change (GEYC) is a Romanian NGO whose mission is to empower young people to change their community. GEYC is coordinating the activity of PRISMA European Network. Some of its main objectives are supporting education, promoting social networks and new media technologies for personal and professional youth development, developing educational programs especially for young people, at local, national and international level etc. Its activities include eduactional projects (seminars, conferences, training, summer schools), educational and intercultural projects ( youth exchanges, study visits, networking events), research projects, campaigns for raising awareness.

GEYC launched and coordinates GEYC Resources Center, an online center of resources aimed to offer a wide variety of online free tools about multimedia and social media topics aimed to help both individuals and organizations in their work. It has a close partnership with the European Commission Representation in Romania and European Parliament Information Office in Romania.

InSite Drama

InSite’s vision is to facilitate facing the most pressing problems of our times through drama and to enable changes in understanding of individuals’ concerning their values and stance. The organisation’s work affects primarily the youth and children age-group directly or indirectly. To achieve greater social impact we also work with teachers, decision makers, communities and higher education institutions.

The organisation works on an international level, primarily in Europe, but connecting to professionals worldwide. Its work is based on theatre in education and drama in education practices pioneered in the UK and the drama theory of Edward Bond, creating possibilities of dramatic engagement where participants can question their received cultural values and biases through situations, and make meaning of events freely to form their own values in relation to the problems under scrutiny. InSite’s founders work as researchers and also as practitioners in a variety of youth and artistic projects in collaboration with public and private organisations in Hungary and abroad. They also have experience in working on policy issues on a national and European level.

Istituto di Istruzione Superiore Luigi Einaudi

IIS Luigi Einaudi is a technical and vocational located in Rome, with approx. 950 students 14-19 years-old. The school offers 5 main curricula: Tourism; International Relations for Marketing; Graphic and Design; Commercial Services and Economics; Social Service and Health Care. IIS Luigi Einaudi is a multicultural school, with approx. 30% of “second generation” students and a specific attention towards students with special needs and inclusion. The students come both from peripheral and central areas of Rome, and also from surrounding Municipalities. The school has a strong tradition in dealing with disadvantaged students, education in condition of economic and social marginality, cooperation and integration of educational activities with social services. IIS Luigi Einaudi is also partner of “Teachers Matter”, a national programme devoted to the promotion of digital culture and innovation in schools.
